Whichever way you prefer to register the registration form (form#1) and consent waiver (form #2) must be printed out, filled out completely, signed and either faxed or mailed to:

To register online just click on the retreat you’ll be attending and follow directions until you’ve paid your deposit.

If you are more comfortable sending a check to pay your deposit, be sure to include the registration form and consent waiver.

If you would like to reserve and pay your deposit over the phone, we will be happy to assist you. Please call 239-395-2639.

A $500 deposit is required to hold your reservation and is due within seven days after your booking. It is non-refundable; however, it may be used for a future reservation within twelve months of your cancelled reservation. If you do not arrive on your scheduled date without notification, we will forfeit your deposit. The balance of your stay is due two weeks prior to your arrival date. Other costs may be paid upon departure if you choose to purchase additional services. We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express for payment.

After you decide on which retreat you would like to attend you can register online. You may pay your deposit online with a credit card or send a check with your registration packets. Regardless of the method of payment every participant MUST complete and sign the registration forms.

Our cancellation policy is as follows:
We require at least two weeks advanced notice of your scheduled arrival date in order for you to receive a refund (less the $500 deposit). There is no refund given for early departures. Reservations cancelled less than two weeks prior will receive a credit on our records for use at a future time.
